Equipment Engineer (Fan Out)
Job Responsibilities
Set-up Fan Out process for qualifications and LVM.
Install equipment and setup process condition.
Perform process buy-off and to release.
Set-up FDC and SPC for process window.
Experience in these areas will be an advantage
Sputter
Coater developer
Stepper
Stripping
Etching
Molding/ underfill
COW/ PnP
Electro Plater
Quality engineering
Job requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Science and Engineering related majors
Minimum 2 years hands-on experience in above key areas
Good communication in English and proficiency in MS office
Knowledge of Basic Statistic and DOE
Strong desire to learn
Ability to interface with colleagues and third parties
Able to work in Batu Kawan site
