Ensure equipment operation procedures and maintenance programs are in place.

Drive improvements, initiate problem solving and develop creative engineering solutions to achieve low cost, better quality, improved capabilities and higher efficiency.

Report all issues within operational area on planned basis.

Enforce improvement process and risk assessments for manufacturing areas.

Develop competencies and skills of all technical engineering staff to improve plant equipment performance.

Ensure high equipment performance, maximize equipment up time. Minimize tester downtime and board downrate.

Ensure all regulatory standards are followed along with health and safety and environmental.

Manage Engineering staff and ensure high productivity performance at engineering section.

To oversee the overall Wafer Sort Enablement at Batu Kawan plant including product & process.

Bachelor degree or above, major in Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, Mechatronics

Excellent oral and written skills in English and Mandarin.

8 years’ industrial experience and above with 6 years equipment development or equipment maintenance experience.

Experienced in tester maintenance, wafer sort and test background.

Experience in handling technician.

Understanding of semi-conductor manufacturing.

Experience in equipment development, installation, qualification and maintenance.

Help to build and maintain effective teams.

Independent, resourceful and takes initiative.

Effective communication skills.

Willing to work at Batu Kawan, Penang.
