On December 30, 2024, TF-AMD Chairman Bill Shi made a visit to the Penang and Batu Kawan factories, further solidifying his commitment to the company’s growth and success. The day began at the Batu Kawan factory, where Chairman Shi received a warm welcome. He toured the production floor, changed into a cleanroom gown, and explored the Bumping and EFB lines. During his visit, he delivered an inspiring speech, emphasizing that TF-AMD is the global leader in advanced packaging. He shared his vision of “One Team, One Dream,” underscoring the importance of unity and collaboration and expressed confidence that by working together, the company will achieve great success and continuous growth. The visit also featured a symbolic Light-Up Ceremony, marking the official start of machine operations in the production floor. Additionally, Chairman Shi engaged in a dialogue with 25 employees from the Wafer Level Advanced Packaging (WAP) team, fostering meaningful connections.

After lunch, Chairman Shi continued to the Bayan Lepas factory, where he was warmly greeted by employees.
