Honoring Decades of Dedication and Service

On April 15, 2025, TF-AMD proudly hosted its first-ever official Retirement Ceremony — a heartfelt event to honor and celebrate the unwavering dedication of employees who have reached the age of retirement after decades of loyal service. This milestone marks a significant moment in the company’s history since its founding in 1972.

A total of 14 retirees attended the celebration, each having contributed immensely to the growth and success of TF-AMD. Notably, six of the retirees have served the company for over 40 years, a testament to their remarkable commitment and resilience.

The ceremony was graced by the presence of the retirees’ direct superiors, managers, and Heads of Department, making the occasion even more meaningful. The event began with an opening speech by our Managing Director, Mr. Kwee Swee Lian, who expressed deep appreciation for the retirees’ contributions and dedication over the years.

As a token of gratitude, Mr. Kwee presented each retiree with a meaningful keepsake, symbolizing the lasting value of their efforts and loyalty. The celebration also featured a cake-cutting ceremony, bringing a sweet touch to the day of recognition and reflection.

To make the occasion even more personal, the HR team distributed greeting cards to the respective superiors, managers, and HODs to pen down their heartfelt wishes and blessings for the retirees.

Following the ceremony, all attendees were invited to a buffet lunch at the cafeteria, where stories were shared, laughter echoed, and memories were celebrated.

One retiree shared with HR, “I feel truly blessed to have worked at TF-AMD for the past 43 years. This company has given me a second home, and I am proud to have grown alongside it. I sincerely hope TF-AMD continues to grow stronger and bigger in the years to come.”

The joy and appreciation were deeply felt by everyone present. The retirees expressed gratitude for the thoughtful arrangement, which served as a sincere acknowledgment of their enduring service and valuable contributions.

This meaningful event reflects TF-AMD’s commitment to recognizing the people who have helped shape its legacy—and sets a heart warming precedent for future celebrations of dedication and excellence.

TF-AMD extends its deepest gratitude to all retirees and wishes them a fulfilling, healthy, and joyful retirement!

Thank you for your years of service—you will always be part of the TF-AMD family!
